As part of our commitment to the environment at El Jardín, they prioritize the proper treatment
of our water, generate electricity through solar panels, responsibly cultivate many of the 
ingredients used in our kitchen, and produce compost from the waste of these crops through
vermiculture, among other sustainable practices.

Not only do they have gardens but also an animal farm, butterfly garden and souvenir shop and
an ice cream place we partook in a tasty milk shake.
